You get the first tutorial video right after you sign up. Each week we unlock 2 more instructional or workout videos in the membership zone.
The first workouts are simple and it gets more and more challenging week after week.
After those 8 weeks all videos are unlocked and you can watch them over and over again.
Why is this 8 week course different than a regular drum dvd?
Since we are doing every workout together from beginning till end, it's way easier to stay on track, stay focused and improve on a daily basis.
Important: All of these workout can be executed with your feet as well. This way you make sure that both feet are trained the same way and you are going to avoid a difference in power and control with your feet.
